Happy Fathers Day!
On Mother's Day last month I posted about this new family in my neighborhood. Little bitties of fuzzy cuteness.
Well, here we are on Father's Day and the kids sure have grown! They're in the awkward teenage stage and look rather homely.
They have also successfully trained my neighbor and me to buy bread and feed them every night. They come running up the yard squeeking, wings extended and happy as all get out!
"Hey lady, toss some to Pops back here!"
"Darn, is that all we get today? Dag..." Stomp, stomp, stomp
They're spoiled just like two little bunnies I know. ;)
Happy Father's Day Oliver! Love you!

Just too cute, Shell! Oh, my they do look like they are in a 'stomp' - how funny. Thank you for sharing.
When I was in Florida I loved feeding the ducks. They learn real quick who will feed them!
Shell,
What an adorable post. Love the stomp, stomp, stomp pic. Just like a teenager!
Boy, Shell - have these little guys grown!! And how fun to live somewhere where you can just have a gaggle of gooses - these are gooses, aren't they - just running around begging for food!! And I too love the "stomp, stomp, stomp" picture!! Love, Kris P.S. I know, I know, its gaggle of geese, not gooses!! :-))
Hi Shell,
Thanks for the update. Why else are we here if not to spoil the critters of the world whenever possible.
How really cute!!!!
Lucky geese!
I love Canadian geese. They are all over the place down in the cities. We don't see them up here like the cities do (7,300 ft), except for a pair that likes the pond at the high school (across the street) but I have never seen babies. They aren't there everyday, just sometimes. (There's also a duck couple, but I have never seen babies from them either.) They return every year.
I think they would have trained me too...
Oh they would have trained me too!
Hi Shell, Those geese certainly have grown. I love that last photo of one stomping off! Hugs, Christine
aaah! the best kind of neighbours! I love Canada geese!
They are just too cute - but not as cute as two bunnies I know!
How fun to have these geese in your backyard. Love the photo of the one who is stomping off. Nola
Very cute shell!
I just love the Canadian geese. I drive across a lake every morning heading to work and have watched the baby geese grow every year. I know spring is here when I see the pairing of the geese and the eventual heads popping up in the grasses. I especially love the early morning swims with one geese in front, then all the babies, followed by another parent. Just precious, just like your bunnies.
they are so CUTE!!! Oh isnt that just sweet!? The last pic of the youngster running is great! :D
Hugs,
I love how they have trained you so well !!! lol They are so cute !! Keep that food coming and they wil love you forever !!!
Love the pictures!
How fun it must be around your house! All those adorable critters must make you smile all day!
And the gaggle chalks up another successful human training session.
Hi Shell, how cute! They are sure growing up. I know how much they love your nightly visits with bread :)
Have a pretty day, (()) gail
Hi Shell,
Oh haven't they grown and yes, the teenage years and the stomp!
They must love you coming to feed them, bless you.
It is one of my favourite things too, feeding the ducks.
Happy week

Happy Father's Day super cute little goosies! And to David the bun dad!
What fun, Shell! Looks like you'll be adopting for years to come...they'll tell all their friends. :-)
