Hi ya!
Just a quick hop in as I'm right in the middle of moving, closing and hopping through a million hoops that realtors, inspectors, attorneys, buyers and sellers have lined up. What a mess!!! Note to self...never sell and buy a house at the same time ever again!!!
Anyhow, block 5 of Briarside Lane will be here on Monday, May 1st, so hop back over. I can't wait to show it to you!!

We managed to buy and sell at the same time, multiple times over my husband's 34 career in the Air Force. You can do it!

I feel your pain and happiness, Shel!! I am doing the same thing. Selling the house here in Logan and moving to a real fixer-upper in Bandon, Oregon, just a mile or so from the beach on the west coast!! I'll be tearing the new house right down to the studs!!
