O'Ryan the Stargazer

Well hi ya! How was your weekend? It's been super soggy around these parts of NC. We have had tons and tons of rain. Of course the grass, plants and veggies are oh so lush and green. I actually love the color of storm cloud grey against the green grass and leaves on tree's. Who knows, maybe one day I will design something with that color combination. Hmmm...thinking....thinking...thinking...

Until then, I would like to introduce you to O'Ryan the Stargazer. (Please note that O'Ryan is spelled this way instead of Orion because this fella is Irish. hee, hee, hee.)

So O'Ryan likes to sit in trees and gaze at the stars. He makes lots and lots of wishes for peace, happiness and the good of all. Unlike other owls, he does not eat bunnies. Instead, they are the best of friends. (In my world everyone gets along and is friends. Just work with me people.)

O'Ryan is the final project in my Fabled Fusions book. There are ten Folk Art Fusion (TM) projects in the book. All the projects feature my signature reverse wool applique, hand and machine stitching as well as floating borders. They are so fun and easy to make. You can even mix and match patterns!

Remember, to receive the 20% Pre-Order discount, you must order/pay before July 15. Hope over HERE for more information.

Have a fun week. Be creative, smile, laugh and we'll see you back here on Wednesday.

Light, love and hugs always,
Michelle and the Bunnies

Oh Michelle, these designs of yours are again, not only brilliant, but when we can see up close all the detail so finely constructed, I can get a much better sense of the intensity with which you carry out your work. BRAVO! And to boot, you have some top-notch employees working for ya! They're not asleep at the switch are they? Gotta watch that Hannah-Banana...she likes to party on Mondays! teeehee

O'Ryan looks lovely. I love owls. There are a lot of them in Greece.

I named one of my rabbits Orienna after the constellation but changed it later to Ryan after I discovered she was a he. When baby rabbits are small it is sometimes hard to sex them. LOL

Considering my heritage, one could say I'm owl about the Irish. ;)

O'Ryan is adorable, btw.

He's a cutie. The Irish feel priviledged to have him under their banner. Another great job.

I had to laugh. When my son was little my husband was showing him the constellations and he must have misunderstood. To this day we call Orion "O'Brien" LOL

I am truly excited and ecstatic that I have ordered your book. O-Ryan will be a wonderful piece for me to make for my daughter who is loving owls just like her Great Grandma loved them. Your creations are fabulous dear...

O'Ryan is a fine finish to the book!

Reminds me of the lady told her friend that her daughter was marrying an Irishman. "Oh Really?" said the friend. "No, O'Reilly." (Hey - I live with rabbits.)
