Hopp'in into 2013
Last week I was working on a new Folk Art Fusion design with a dresden as the base of the design. I was sharing my sketches with David and playing around with all my wool, floss and fabrics. Oh what fun! Later in the evening, I was catching up with my blog friends over at Sew We Quilt. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the post for this hop! Woo hoo! I called David in to look at it and he said, "Oh man...that is so weird."
Or as my niece, Noelle, would say, "How cool is that!" (This is her face when she opened the Taylor Swift perfume set I gave her for Christmas. The happy bunny dance followed.)
What a perfectly, fun way to hop into 2013. We'll see you there!
xx,
Michelle and the Bunnies

I think Dresden Plate is so much fun! I had started one in 2011 for a tree skirt and NEVER finished it! UGH! Fun fun fun and totally looking forward to everyone's beautiful creations. I LOVE quilty blog hops!
We sent our 8 yr old granddaughter a nice little case with a bunch of makeup in it - lipstick, nail polish, sparkle stuff, liner, ... Have not heard back yet but I hope the reaction might have been even half of what you show there! (I hope it frosted the Mom, too. Payback for her younger years!)
MICHELLE MAY!
Dearest, thank you for coming to visit my home to see the dress! I deliver it today and cannot wait to see first of all, if it FITS in the shop window; I was there at the shop yesterday and the platform is rather narrow while the dress is rather wide! AND the owner has a darling but huge dog in her shop! I hope she keeps him far, far away from this piece!
I am looking forward to more creations from you and the bunnies! LOVE TO YOU ! Anita
