More Quilts from Houston

Hi ya! Is it cold where you are? It sure did get cold her today. We went from 72 yesterday to 48 right now! Yikes! Going to be drinking lots of hot tea for sure!

Today I wanted to share some more quilts from Houston. Gosh they really blow me away. So much incredible talent out there.

Did you pick a favorite?

Hugs and friends,

Holy cow...OK, that first one, I love it. It has a medieval feel to it. Then came the Frost one....then the FOX! Again, these creations are way beyond what I ever imagined quilting to be. I must refer an old friend from high school to your blog, who has taken up quilting in the last few years. She has GOT to see this! And here too, Shell; our temps went from the high 50s to below freezing in a few hours! We had rain, it turned to ice, then the snow came. Be safe!

Wish I could have seen these myself in Houston, up close and personally! Especially The Black Pearl - that's my favorite!

Talking about 'cold'--we are even going to be 'cold' down here in the Sunshine state--starting Saturday--high of only 62 and nights of only 40--and it looks like it will last nearly a week so far--one day may get to 70?????
for us this is cold---gotta find my long john's!!!
enjoy the moments, di

Thanks for sharing Michelle; they take my breath away. I love the white wholecloth quilt, and William Morris. It's so great to see his work still inspiring us today. The weather here in Oz is very unpredictable but slowly warming up. This time of the year can be very nice one minute and stormy the next.

More beautiful quilts and too many to pick just one favorite. Just as I think this is my favorite I look at the next one and that is just as amazing.
Yes we are cold here in the 30's at night but the days are in the 50's with sunshine. The last couple of days have been very windy which I love for my morning walks. Windy and cold with no rain is my kind of weather.
