Coming Soon!

Hi ya! Are you having a good week so far? I am. I've been busy working on designs for my second Folk Art Fusion book, "Fabled Fusions." I can't wait to show you!

Today I wanted to give you a preview of something fun I'll be carrying in my SHOP. I've asked my dear friend, Joanne May, to design some custom scissor fobs for me. I mean bunny scissors need fun fobs right? :)

There will be three different designs available. They are on their way to me from England, so it will be a few weeks before I have them for sale.

Of course, Jo always makes something fabulous that I just have to purchase as a present for myself! This time she made this Raspberry Rabbit Brooch! I told her she need not list it in her ETSY SHOP. Just put it in the package with the fobs. It's mine! Woo hoo! (Lots of happy bunny dancing ensued.)

Well have a fun and creative day. Harrington and Hannah will see you right back here on Friday.

xx,
Michelle and the Bunnies

Bunny Scissors

Helloooooooo! hee,hee,hee.

I've had bunch of folks asking me where they can purchase the Bunny Scissors if they don't win the giveaway in the post below.

Well, it's kinda funny as I've had them advertised on my sidebar for almost a year! LOL! I carry them in my Shop along with lots of other stitching and quilting supplies. The Bunny Scissors are $10.50 and make a fun and inexpensive gift for somebunny special on your Christmas list. And don't forget that you're somebunny special too so get a pair for yourself! :)

Bunny Scissors hopp'in on outta here

I'm still in the process of making room for some new inventory. I have 2 pair of bunny embroidery scissors left. When they're gone, they're gone. I have put them on sale for $28.00 in my Shop, click here. They come with a pretty pincushion I made. The bunny on these scissors reminds me of our friend, Hef, over at
The Bunny Lounge. So cute!

If you are a stitcher and a bunny lover, these are the perfect scissors for you.

Of course if you are a crazy bunny lady stitcher like me, you own 3 pair so you can keep them all over the house! You know, kinda like having a bunch of reading glasses.  ;)
Happy Stitching!

Sentimental Journey Block 2 and a Giveaway!

Are you ready for the next block on our Sentimental Journey?
I changed the button on the side if you would like to grab it for your blog. Learned a new computer program and have been having some fun!

Ok... so you know I had to have hearts being this is the month of Love!
I think this sentiment is just so perfect and so very true. It always seems we remember the little things when they come to us with love. I guess that's why I like handmade things so much. I know how much love goes into each piece that is created.
Time for a HINT on the finished project.
Don't forget to embellish your blocks! Why you ask??? Well, because this is no ordinary Block of the Month Quilt. It's going to be a "Pocket Quilt." You see every month, the block you make is actually going to be a pocket! How cool is that! So art them up a bit! Ok... that's the only hint you're getting until December. hee, hee, hee. But... if you prefer to make a traditional quilt, then go right ahead. Isn't creative freedom wonderful! :)
The pattern is available on my Website and so is this floss kit for the entire Sentimental Journey this year.
Now onto the Monthly Giveaway!
This month the prize is a pair of Bunny Embroidery Scissors with a Pincushion! Every bunny needs these! hee, hee, hee. All you have to do to be entered is leave a comment. However, just like last month, if you are a follower of my blog, your name goes in the hat twice. So sign up to follow and say "I'm following in your comment." I will pick the winner next Monday, February 8th. Good luck!
Happy stitching!
