Something fun this way comes!

Hi ya! How was your weekend? Mine was inspiring, fun and HAPPY! Woo hoo!!! (Insert Happy Bunny Dance here)

It's amazing all the fun things that can pop out of my head when I'm smiling. For instance, it's time to get ready for fall. I started designing a new Folk Art Fusion design featuring these fabrics. What do ya think?

Do you decorate for Halloween? This holiday really is growing and growing. I think it's because we can all dress up in a fun costume, scare our friends and eat some candy! Who doesn't like that? Anyway, I can't wait to show you what I'm working on. I'll have it finished in a few weeks.

The employee's have informed me that they are no longer working on the weekends. I can't blame them. In fact, starting next weekend, I'm no longer working on Sunday's. I'm going to do some things I haven't done in several years like read a book for fun! Everything I've been reading is about how to operate a computer program or something like that. Boooooooooooring!

Next, I found this box and fell in love with it. I call it my "wishes" box. Inside I'm putting all the things I use to have on my vision board as well as other things I'm wishing for. The angels holding the bunnies on top, were given to my by my dear friend Di of Quilting is Blissful. They keep a watch over Harrington and Hannah.

Here's the top. I've decided to surround myself with as much happy and positive energy as I can.

Here's the back. Cool huh?

I also had two really fun ideas for some Christmas projects hop in my head. I'm soooooooooo loving this fabric. I'll have these designs ready for purchase in September so you can get to work on your Christmas decorations.

Finally, while working in the studio, I looked over at Tilly, the bunny. She's the greeter at the top of the stairs as you enter Bunnyville. Kinda like the Walmart greeters. hee, hee, hee. I realized how much I adore the white background of my walls against the bold colors of the red chest and black sign. I like art to pop and to be able to stand alone. When I look at the direction of my Folk Art Fusion this style is evident. It's nice to finally have a clear vision of where I'm headed. Happiness really is a way of life. ;)

Ok, go out and have yourself a wonderful week. Be inspired! Be happy! Have fun! Smile lots!
We'll see ya back here Wednesday for another original folk art quilt for sale. Oh, don't forget the SUNNY BUNNY SALE! Things are moving quickly. Hop over to see more.
