A Spot of Tea and a Wild Hare

I'm sure you read the title to this post and asked, "What in the world is that all about?" hee, hee, hee.

Well it's about "A Spot of Tea." This is a smaller version of my "Peppermint Tea." I wanted to make this version to hang on a table stand. The table stands come in very handy and it's fun to change out the quilts. I also think they are perfect to give as gifts for friends in a nursing home or hospital. They bring smiles and sunshine to a small space.

So what about his wild hare?

Isn't he cute? I made this pillow with the hare from "The Scarborough Hares" design. Again, I thought it would be fun to make a smaller piece of Folk Art Fusion (TM) that you could give as a gift.

Or like me, use to decorate your own home. I love how it looks on my bed. Yes, I got a wild hare to make a pillow for my bed and this was it! ;)

These two projects will be included in my book, Fabled Fusions.

Hope your week is going good. So many bad storms around. Sending light, love and good wishes to you. See ya back here Friday.

xx,
Michelle and the Bunnies

GOOD GRACIOUS, I am in BUNNY HEAVEN! Tea, wild hares bounding with joy, a sweet room as yours, (that looks as if it belongs in a bed and breakfast!) - all of it is SO SPECIAL MICHELLE! The tea cups....you have a very agile hand to cut and sew such perfection, and I applaud you for your vision and skills!

THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU for loving Rabbit Hill (and you probably saw Carlos in the "after" garden shot!) Oh dear, you need to see the duck that lives in those bushes in my front garden. She has babies in the bushes! And we counted three large rabbits in a neighbor's front garden, where she has two little houses and other garden toys. I think the bunnies might think this is there home!

So much fun to create, isn't there my friend?

Much love to all, Anita

So cute! Love that jumping happy bunny on the pillow! And the teapot with cups is darling presented this way! Nice! Did you also make the other two pillows on the bed? I couldn't see them well, but they looked cute too!

I look at your bedroom and had to laugh. Not at you, but dear, the white??
It is obvious that your critters are contained.
With 3 cats and a dog, that lovely white would not last one day.
Even though the cats are in your color theme.
Your house is a dream house for me!
