Postal Fusions Valentines

It's hard to believe that we are half way through January already. I have a feeling this year is going to go just as fast as last year.

Many of my friends/customers have stated that they are wanting to make smaller projects this year. I was delighted to hear this as most of my new designs will be mini quilts or what I'm calling "Mini Fusions." These pieces are fun to make because they aren't overwhelming. It doesn't take much time to create a beautiful piece of art which you can display on your wall, table or as a pillow.

Speaking of small projects, my Postal Fusions Folk Art Valentines make wonderful gifts to send through the mail.

Each of the five 4" x 6" postcard uses scraps of wool and fabrics.

You can send them through the mail in a clear envelope or a regular envelope if you like.

You can write heartfelt messages on the back

and you can even frame them!

The pattern for these is sold as a PDF download in my Craftsy Shop. You can download and get to stitching right away.

Oh, thank you for your kind comments on my stitching question last week. I have started stitching the project and can't wait to show it to you.

Light, love and blessings to you,
Michelle, the Bunnies and Sabrina kitty too!

Hi Michelle, love these four little "minis". They will be perfect to carry in the bag and stitch at those lucky moments found when out and about.

Good morning wonderful bunny sister! I think I am liking this idea VERY MUCH because it would be more manageable for me. I have been dying to stitch along with you, but you know the old song I sing, "I HAVE NO TIME!" But now that I am ONLY visiting blogs and not posting any, you would not believe how much free time I now have to read and WRITE my private writings/poetry. Then, any time I want to take away from reading or writing, I can STITCH!

Yesterday was a day off from work and I had a doctor's appointment very early in the morning. Ruben went with me, so after that we went out and kicked around, had lunch and our tea at Whole Foods and sat there and read, wrote and even had time to take a drive. I am loving this new life, but the only thing I miss is posting and feeling a part of this "family". It sure is to come visit you.

OK, now off to work. LOVE!

I stitched one of these last year for my 94 year old Mom. She absolutely loved it and my niece had it framed so she can enjoy it daily. It was such a special gift, not just a card. Thanks for the wonderful pattern and being part of making my Mom happy.
