Hoppy Friday! The May Basket and Valdani Floss Sale

Hoppy Friday and Hoppy 4th of July to you! I hope you had a good week. This is going to be a quick post as Hurricane Author is just about to me and my neighborhood is notorious for losing power. Poo!

So on to the fun! "The May Basket" is finished. It's funny because every time I thought I was done with it, I added something else, like the jumbo ric rac!

This project finishes out to be 22" x 34".

As with all my designs, I used National Nonwovens wool felt and Valdani threads.

The pattern is available as an instant download in my Craftsy Shop (saving trees).
The wool felt and floss kit is available in my SHOP.

While you are at my shop, be sure to check out the Huge Sale on all Valdani 3 strand floss. Even my collection is on sale.

The balls are normally $3.60 each, but are on sale for $3.00 each! It's a perfect time for you to build your stash and get ready for holiday stitching!

The sale will remain while supplies last. However, once they are gone, their gone so don't delay. I'm making room for some exciting new things in January.

Little balls of variegated threads make me so happy! :)

Light, love and hugs to you. Enjoy your 4th of July celebrations!

xx,
Michelle and the Bunnies

Absolute perfect, Miss May! I really appreciate to see your beginning stages then the finished product, because the amount of PERFECT stitching that you put into this is impressive. I love this May basket! Hey, are there any baby bunnies inside that basket that want to crawl out? Hmmmmm.....I SAW ETOILE yesterday as we spent all day gardening! She peeked out of the shrubery as we mowed. OH, the fun of a summer day.

Much love! Anita

Hi Shell,

Love the gorgeous design and all the wonderful colours.
Sorry I am a little late but hope you had a happy Independence day and the rest of the weekend.
Hope you are safe from the storm - we had a beauty the other night and knocked the power out and did not come back on until 7am.
Sending hugs
Carolyn

What a gorgeous design! The over-riding thing I see with your work of late, is the richness it has, and that must come from the detail you add - I do love the ric rac - it's the perfect finishing touch.
