Week 15 of the Fellowship of the Flowers

Well, even though Spring is rapidly approaching, this flower has an icy and wintery feel to me.

I decided to add lots of beads to this rose, which is one of two flowers which will be used in the September, yes September project.

I got the beads from Walmart and the yarn from Michaels Arts and Crafts (the jar is one I had already. Cute isn't it?).  I know a bunch of stores carry all of this.

I guess by September we will be ready for a cooler looking project after the heat of the Summer.

Of course, I can take heat any day over being cold. My boney, old lady hands hurt when it's cold. Not good for stitching!

How are you coming with your flowers? Have you made a project yet? Click the tab at the top of the blog to scroll through the past 13 weeks. I do hope you are having fun. I know I am.

See ya back here on Friday.
xx,
Michelle and the Bunnies

Hello there dear Michelle! I love the creamy color of this flower; it is well-suited for any season since I love having white flowers in my garden. I enjoy them at NIGHT as you have lovingly put this gorgeous white flower against the black. I just love the contrast. I hope you are experiencing a bit of warmth? We have a lot of wind, but at least the sun is out and it is warmer! I am still extremely dizzy and I'm staying home all week. If this dizziness does not subside by Thursday, I'm going back to the doctor.

I may even go back in today since this is not getting better.

Enjoy your day, Anita

I finished the January bell pull, the February Table Topper and just have to put the pillows together for the March project. The flowers are done and attached to the front. So far I have enjoyed every bit of it.
