Happy Harrington Day!

Three years ago today, I went to the rabbit rescue in Greenville, NC and brought home my wonky eared boy. He is four years old.

He is such a good boy.

He is one of the softest bunnies I have ever had.

He has loads of personality.

I love his wonky ear and his fat, fuzzy cheeks.

He is Hannah's best friend.

I do love this little boy who was once a discarded Easter bunny. I'm blessed to have him in my life.

Happy Harrington Day!

Discarded Easter Bunny, eh? Well, it's their dang ole loss! They could have had this handsome feller in their lives, but were too dumb to know what a treasure they had in him. But he has you and Hannah now and that is all that matters.
Harrington Day should be a Lagomorph High Holy Day!
Nose rubs, Harrington!

Awwww! Happy Harrington Day! I hope you and Harrington have a super day today. I had no idea there was a rabbit rescue in Greenville. I wonder if I am allergic to rabbits? Hmmmmm....the cat's likely would not get along well...but I might consider it someday.

Happy Harrington day is right! I remember reading about that day... he won the lottery that day didn't he? But then again, so did you Shell.
Four years old - and wishing you many more Sir Harrington!

I can't imagine why anyone would have given him up, he's a real beauty. One of my bunnies, Colin, was abandonned twice, yet he's the sweetest, most handsome, gentlest bunny you could ever wish to meet. Some people just amaze me. Mind you, I do think Harrington and Hannah got lucky!

Awe! I am so heartbroken every Easter to think of those discarded "Easter bunnies" that could be great pets! We have two house rabbits and I love this blog very much. It combines my two hobbies - rabbits and art! Daisy and Lily, our sweet girls say hi to Harrington. I personally LOVE his little ear flop! - Love, A House Rabbit owner, Julia
