Employees and Being a Good Boss

Today I thought I would share what it is to be the "Boss" of Bunnyville.

First, one must encourage the employees to snuggle under the sewing table.

Second, one must say, several times a day, "I love those footies and I want to kiss them!"

Third, one must say, "Come over here and let me get the loose hair off your butt."

Fourth, one must say, "Have you gone poo poo in the potty? Did you make nice poo poo's? Let me see it."

Fifth, one must say, "Have you had enough hay snacks today? You should have more. It's good for your bellies."

Finally, one must say, "I love you to the moon and back. You are the best employees in the entire world. You make my heart melt. You bring me joy. You make me smile. My life is so beautiful because you are in it."

Please note that the above comments may not be "politically correct" in most places of business. In fact, you may get sued if you repeat them to your employees. ;)

Hoppy Friday! We love you!

xx,
Michelle, Harrington and Hannah

I just got a fantastic mental picture of a room full of people in stunned and terrified silence - and total terror of going to the rest room! Happy weekend!xxx

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH

I am laughing so hard here, at 5:30 in the morning!

There is SOMEONE UP THERE IN THE HEAVENS who created these creatures for one thing: TO BE CUTE AND ENCHANT US! teehehehehehhe

You have THE BEST photos of rabbits, ever. And your employees must have excellent health "benefits" because both of them are in TOP FORM, GORGEOUS, HEALTHY LOOKING and most of all, happy.

I swear, they are just so photogenic my friend! I love their feet and the way they stretch them out with their rumps in the air. Darling beyond any more words.

(thank you so much for coming to visit my post dear, dear friend.)

I've had a few good bosses in my life, but none ever asked to see my poop, that's for sure! :) You are the best boss ever, and you have the best employees too!!

Thanks for sharing your day in Bunnyville with us less fortunate.

Interesting points. I was a manager in a large company with Federal contracts for a long time. I don't recall any one ever telling me what I could and what I could not say. There was no booklet or checklist. No training or entries in the Procedure Manuals.

But we all knew, more or less. And we also knew that if we DID say some of that stuff, better not have any witnesses!

I especially love the "Did you go poo poo in the potty?" question. You're such a considerate employer, but I'm so glad my previous bosses never asked me that question! lol
Love YOU to the moon and back, Shelby.
