She rearranges the bookshelf...again

Ok. ok...what can I say. I'm getting hooked on all this grey stuff. I've added a few things here and there. Not too much as white is still my signature color.

I rearranged the bookshelves again and added some stone accessories here and there. I'm also getting geared up for a yard sale at the end of the month and I cleaned everything while I was at it so that was a good thing. Of course, all of this took place before my marathon sewing gig. Remember the song 99 bottles of beer on the wall? Well replace beer with wine bags and there ya have it!!! Oy!
I'll leave you with pictures of my newly rearranged areas. I'm very happy with them. Calm, clean and serene.

Yes, I still have to get rid of those horrible lamp cords, but it's not on the priority list right now. Wine bags...wine bags...wine bags...
Another thing on the to do list is get rid of those awful brass strips on the fireplace. Back in 2001 there were in style. Now...the look terrible. David...break out the black spray paint!! ;)

Dear Shell:
I so love the look of your home, but you already knew that! Now, quit reading my comment, and get back to making those wine bags! (I'm not going to be the reason you don't get 'em done!) lol

I'm floored, how do you keep that clean?? I've got my bunnies and i'm always finding fur and "presents" (as my mom calls stray poos, heh). ;)

Instead of the black paint, why not get gray or that spray paint that looks like granite?

You have a beautiful home, so calm and serene. I am a pack rat so I find the contrast very noticeable. Love all the white and grey, it looks wonderful. Hope the wine bags are getting finished. Hugs to the bunnies.

So beautiful and serene! Sending lots of happy stitching vibes for the wine bags. I made many for a holiday craft sale once, so I can relate.

Ok... there's one nut in every crowd. Yup, when I'm around, it's usually me! How about some red or purple accents? Stacks of books? Or dust bunnies? We've got some well on their way to growing tails and hopping laps over here :o) Just give the word and I'll send 'em your way for a vacation :o))))

Hi Shell,

Your home looks so tranquil and beautiful and should be gracing the pages of a glossy magazine.
