Dreaming in shades of Grey and White

Most of you know how much I adore, love, and am totally crazy about white. Still reall love it and always will. But lately I'm also loving shades of grey mixed in. The soft, steel, muted shades of grey are just so fabulous. Greys are showing up all over the decorating community too.

I've been collecting some fabrics to work with. I have big plans.

I've also been making a bunch of these for my booth. They're almost finished. I can't wait to show you.  Cut, sew, press, repeat. Cut, sew, press, repeat. Got 40 to make. Oy....

You know how much I'm lovin' the gray and white. I'm really anxious to see what you're going to create with all that scrumptious fabric.

Talk with you soon, sweetness.

We like grey and white almost as much as we like black and white!

Good luck with all that cutting, sewing, pressing, and repeating.

I love white also, but have started incorporating gray into my decorations. I use to think gray was depressing, but now feel it is totally relaxing -- go figure. Anyway, I am anxiously awaiting your updates on what you are doing with that beautiful fabric.

Gift bags with bells are very nice--for human purposes. The buns point out that the current bun Xmas stockings on the market are lacking in design subtleties. Perhaps a nice bun stocking in grays with a white cuff adorned in bells and appliqued with a white velvet bunny? And don't forget that it should be generously sized. Buns everywhere thank you for your consideration.

How cute the bells are! Yes, I've noticed that grays are "in!"

I really love grey lately too. Grey is kind of close to white...?

I'm so glad you wrote grey and not gray - I did a post about that long ago. I love grey and have since I was a child - all the greys, but for me it's the ones that sidle to taupe that I love the most. I am in the process of painting several rooms in our house in that palette. I hope what's in mind translates to the walls!
