Stitching and Playing around with the Computer

As you can see from my blog header, I've been playing around with the computer. Aren't those vases gorgeous?! I got them on clearance at Michael's, $7.00 each! They look great in my bedroom on the dresser.

Well, I have been stitching on my next design and I hope to have it finished by this weekend. This is the "Baroque Bouquets No. 1" I designed a while back. I really love how it is turning out. It's pretty big though, so it's taking me a while. I'll be adding some pearl beads to it as well.

I'll also iron everything when I'm done. hee, hee, hee.

This is the floss I'm using. Pretty isn't it? I'll have the pattern, floss and a couple of kits available on my website when I'm finished.

Hope your Monday is fun!

Gracious, Shell! I LOVE your new blog header!!! Tres chic, to be sure. I'm also lovin' that new design you're working on. I'm doing the Williamsburg quilt now. Not in FL colors, but my choices were limited by the actual Williamsburg Welcome fabric. I'm sure it will be a hit when we get to VA in September, though.
Hope you have a great day!

Your new blog header is lovely too...suits your blog and it's contents perfectly.

Hugs to your buns from mine...we once again tried bonding Ella and Roo with Jin and Jaks last night and it went soooo well:D...of course I started to cry when I saw Ella Luna washing Jin and Jaks and vice versa...it might actually work this time, I am so excited:D...thought one of my fellow bunny lover pals would know what I mean;D XO Mandy.

I so love your playing around with your new banner. Your new design is awesome and I can't wait to see it finished. I really like the color that you chose. I wonder what it would look like in purple. You know me and my purple heehee. I have been doing some reading tonight to give me a change of scenery and catch up on everybody to see what they are doing. Have a wonderful week

LOVE the new blog header, and I envy you your stitching ability. I can do needlepoint, but embroidering/stitchery never comes out as well as I'd like.
