Shopping Bag Chic

So maybe I think that getting groceries should be a "Pretty" experience too.

Besides those grocery store plastic bags are just soooooo ugly, bad for the environment and fly all over the back of the bunnymobile on the way home (not because I drive like a crazy bunny or anything ;)
You gotta admit...my groceries look great in this chic bag. You can get some for yourself at Pier 1. They are only $3.00 each.

Happy grocery shopping!

Perfect! I actually have one in the reverse of this (the motif is white and the background is black). Love 'em!
Have a great weekend, my friend.

That is a very chic and stylish bag. Goodness, you could probably times that amount by 5 for a similar bag over here Shell! The supermarkets here now do their hessian or plastic bags at low cost - but they all carry the brand names of course! I made quite a few shopping totes some years ago - maybe I will have to do some more.

Everything should be pretty, I bought a green and white damask metal water bottle, it even matches the couch! I was at Pier 1 today they only had those in weird colors.

Hi Shell, Franklin arrived today and he is awesome. I know I won't put him outside because someone would take him. I will give him a place in the house. The chocolate filled with raspberry is awesome. I like the pattern that you sent. I enjoyed my whole package. Your bag is very chic. We don't have a Pier l store in our area. There use to be one in Kansas City, but I don't know if it is still there.
Thanks again and I am so happy that I won. Your Missouri Friend.

Your bag is so cool. You have such great style!
The angel holding the bunny on your right side of your blog I love. Do you own it and where did you get it?
Enjoy your weekend!

Shell, I love the bag! It looks a lot like your wrapping paper, how sweet is that! I made myself a set of grocery bags, I used really nice brocades and chintz....everyone loved them so I gave most of them away!!!
I may have to check these ones out!
Have a great week, I am off to see my stepdaughter get married, Cuba.....not the best place for Lupus suffering people but I will stay inside and stitch!!!
Did you get your little package? I really hope you like it!
Hugs,
Margaret B
